For some of us at the Embassy, one of our first (and biggest) comedy influences is The Kids In The Hall, a troupe of sketch and improv comedians who came out of Toronto in the late 1980s to take TV by storm.

That’s why we are overjoyed to announce that we are welcoming one of the Kids, Kevin McDonald, to help us celebrate the end of another awesome season at the Improv Embassy.

Kevin will be in town on the weekend of June 9 and 10 to teach a workshop on creating sketch comedy through improv (details here).

He’ll also perform in a show on the night of Sunday, June 10, with Embassy staff and with some of the workshop students. Details here.
