Inclusion Scholarship

One of the aims of the Improv Embassy is to grow and diversify the comedy community, and elevate the voices of performers of different identities in improv, sketch and stand-up, whether in our classes or on stage. We acknowledge that financial constraints are one of the barriers to attending classes. Where possible, the Embassy will offer scholarship opportunities to those who would benefit most from them, and prioritize candidates who identify as BIPOC, women, LGBTQ+, people with a disability, and people who are 50+.

The deadline to apply for our July classes (Intro to Stand-Up: Colour Outside the Lines, Dramatic Tension in Improv) is Monday, July 27.

If you have any inquiries, feel free to message either our Inclusion Coordinator (Ayan Ali at or our Student Liaison (Lindsay Snow at
