Lauren has loved comedy and improv since she was young, and in 2013 she decided to try it for herself. She has been studying and performing improv in Winnipeg and Ottawa ever since, and is a founding member of both Speak Up Improv and CLAM. She is thrilled to be a part of the Improv Embassy community, and is especially grateful for all of the amazing people she has had the honour of meeting and performing with along the way.
